Good fast-casual spot! The owner seemed really nice and friendly :) I ordered a medium pizza and the portion size was quite good Very impressed by the speed of the service - I think it only took 15 minutes from the time I ordered for the pizza to be ready
For 6 bucks, this is possibly the best food you can get in downtown Toronto. Especially for Indian/, Pakistani food, the chicken biryani comes with 2 pieces of chicken and a lot of rice. Oh my God The rice is not just color it's actually very flavorful and so is the chicken. There's a deep, deep flavor of Indian spices. And yeah fragrance!! It's good and the guy at the counter, Abid is really nice. Overall, highly recommended.
Excellent, tasty, fresh food. Generous portions. Well seasoned. Very friendly manager/chef. The shawarma is great, and so is the poutine. The garlic sauce is awesome. It’s very clean inside, and there’s a pleasant aesthetic. I’d love to see this establishment be successful for years to come.
Absolutely great service the guy working has awesome vibes. I got the half pounder burger combo because I am bulking for the gym The burger was double storey and didn’t fit in my mouth so make sure to ask for a lot of napkins like I did. The meat is juicy and actually tasty and the fries come in a hefty portion so big up to this place Definitely try this place if you’re looking for a casual lunch Btw I drank the last orange juice box so unfortunately there are none left
The owner was kind and helpful. The menu is wide and the prices are great. Service is quick and the food tastes great despite the low prices. I had the pocket shawarma which was a pleasant surprise because at the price of 7 I had a normal sized shawarma that was filling. I would recommend visiting this place as the prices are low and the food is good. Great local eatery!
I was in between events during Toronto Tech Week and I wanted to grab quick bite for me and my partner that’s in finance and we’re really surprised as from the outside it didn’t look like a good fit for daytime eats as it looks like more of a after the bar type of thing. For less than 30 we both were pleased with the value and taste. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. Yea it was hot and they don’t have AC but it hit the spot both for taste, speed and value which in this economy counts.
Best biryani in the area. If you like your biryani on the spicy side, ask them for extra spicy and you will not be disappointed. The value for money is amazing and the biryani is super flavorful! Thank you Abed for always serving us biryani the way Karachi folks like it!
Inside the building is nothing special, but what's inside the box is great! Affordable pricing for the area drew us in and we ordered several times afterward. I didn't see the chicken shawarma pizza on the menu during my visit; I'll be ordering one of those the next time I'm in town!
